How long is the warranty of this mattress?

Please don't worry, All BedStory mattresses come with 10 years warranty, we're always here to take care of you with the lifetime warranty. If for whatever reason you have any hassle about the product, please feel free to tell us.

How long does it take to fully expand?

This mattress will fully expand to 6 inches and it will provide you enough support and comfort while sleeping. After you receive the package, please open the mattress and let it in the air room to expand about 48-72 hours to fully expand.

When will my mattress be delivered?

Usually it takes 24hrs for us to arrange the delivery.

How long can this remain compressed in the box? I won't need it for 4 months.

Thank you for interesting in BedStory, we do not suggest you to put it away compressed for 4 month, although there are customers open and use the mattress after 6 month even 1 year, but the recovery speed will be very slower, so there will still be some impact on the rebound. In terms of the properties of spring, the spring will gradually lose its elasticity when the spring is pressed for a long time.

How do I set up my mattress?

Here are the several simple steps: 1st, remove the mattress from the box.
2nd, cut the outer bag.
3rd, roll out the compressed mattress. And you are all set~

Supportive & Comfortable

SO comfortable. I was worried about buying a mattress online, as I’m very picky on how they feel. This was just right for me. My back feels supported, and gives me comfort throughout the night. The shipping was very fast! Took only a day to puff up to full size. I like that this isn’t springy, so my partner doesn’t wake me up with his tossing and turning in the night. Very comfortable and happy with my purchase. Was comparable to a $500 mattress I considered purchasing from a sleep retailer. This is a great quality item for the price you get. Considering purchasing a second one for the guest room. Will not disappoint!
