Bought this for our son as his University Dorm room bed was not very comfortable. Don't be worried by the size of the box that shows up. There were no dimensions in the description and the box was only 22" long so had me a bit worried. Once the box was opened we realized it was folded in half. Opened it up and it was the correct size! Started expanding almost immediately, but follow directions and leave for at least 24 hrs before you use. Our son says it has made a huge difference! Great topper for the money!
Very Good Product However Ensure To Air Out
Works very well and has resolved hip issues. The reason it received only a four star is due to the smell due to the air tight packaging. The manufacturer recommends airing the pad out for a period of time. Double the length of time to air out the pad in order to minimize the smell.
My mattress was ok, but this topper has given my bed an extra level of softness AND support in all the right places, especially because I’m a side sleeper. I barely notice the lavender scent (could have had more for me as I love lavender and it helps me sleep). All in all, I am extremely satisfied with this product!
Great for my Dad who has shoulder pain
My dad has been telling me about having shoulder pain for some time now.He mentioned he was a side sleeper and is always in pain.I figured it must be the mattress and he needed a topper but didn't know if this was going to be like the ones you hear about getting too hot but its not.It worked, plain and simple and my dad actually enjoyed and felt comfortable after the topper.
Ordered to renew a spare bed that is used often by guests. I ordered a 4” queen size mattress topper and it works perfectly to offer more support and comfort than the older mattress. I was less interested in the lavender scent associated with this topper and had initially found the aroma a bit stifling - glad it’s spring/summer to open a window - aroma has diminished significantly. No regrets on purchasing this item, and it was as described, delivered promptly.
My son (a 6' plus high schooler) loves this mattress.Says its supportive but not too hard.

Best price, great shipping, easy to open and sleeping great! Overall my husband and I were unsure of the whole bed in a box idea. We have heard many experiences across the board. We decided on Bed Story because of the great reviews and price. We were very happy with the quality of the bed and it has been great sleeps so far! Highly recommend!

Seems great! Top is quite soft and the base is more firm,but doesn't feel like it has springs. Expanded quickly,super fast shipping. Been very happy with the customer service,and the free gift after purchase!

My mattress is not too old but also not too new. I noticed I had to wiggle around to get a good position. I bought this and it made a huge difference. Everywhere is great now. Super comfortable and perfect amount of softness VS stiffness. The cover is really great as it looks and feels nice. The straps hold down the edges and it's just really nice. Sometimes a corner or two of the straps will come off, but not a huge deal. Highly recommend as not too expensive and well worth the price for a good night's sleep. Made a big difference to my life.
Great product for a great price
Queen size2in: This mattress topper was for my son’s bed. We had purchased a good quality mattress but it wasn’t the most comfortable. Added the gel/foam topper and my 12 year old is getting a good night sleep! Definitely considering getting another one for the spare bed in our house
