Does this mattress work with adjustable beds ?

Yes, all our mattress sold present can compatible with adjustable bed frames, including the 12inch Queen size mattress. It's because all our mattress is compressed, rolled and vacuum sealed package, thus the mattress can be bend and used in adjustable bed frames. Hope this answer is helpful to you. How long can this remain compressed in the box? I won't need it for 4 months.

Thank you for interesting in BedStory, we do not suggest you to put it away compressed for 4 month, although there are customers open and use the mattress after 6 month even 1 year, but the recovery speed will be very slower, so there will still be some impact on the rebound. In terms of the properties of spring, the spring will gradually lose its elasticity when the spring is pressed for a long time.

Bedstory: is this mattress firmer than your gel memory foam, bamboo charcoal infused model?

This gel hybrid mattress offers much comfortable support by encased coils in it, and the gel memory foam mattress bamboo charcoal infused model offer comfortable support by high density foam. These two kinds of mattresses both can offer people different comfort feeling when sleep on it. Which one depends on which one you were used to before and which one you like more.

Does this mattress require a metal "box spring" instead of a wooden one? Will it mold without ventilation underneath it?

The mattress can work without ventilation underneath it on condition that the place you put the bed on is absolutely dry.

Sceptical First

I have to admit, I was sceptical when I first opened the box and saw this ROLL of fabric.
This isn't my first vacuum packed mattress so you'd think I'd have more knowledge but honestly I didn't think this thing was going to expand.
Give it 48 hours and you will be impressed!

It's OK...

Arrived sooner than expected, nicely packaged, unwrapped and expanded quickly.
Perhaps I'm just not used to sleeping on a spring/coil mattress anymore, but I find this mattress uncomfortable. Its thin, and the coils can be felt and heard while laying/rolling over.
It will be okay for a guest room once I get a decent gel foam topper I suppose.

I love this mattress! Sooo comfy!

I was worried that I wouldn’t like this bed because I’ve never ordered one in the box before. But I am so glad I did because this bed rocks! I really really love this mattress!

It is so freaking comfortable! I am sleeping so much better now it’s unbelievable. I highly highly recommend this mattress.

Also for those of you who have bad backs, I’ve had a bad back for most of my life but since sleeping on this mattress I have not had any back pain. My shoulders and hips would sometimes get sore and I’d have to flip over constantly throughout the night before I ordered this mattress, but no more! I sleep so well now. I couldn’t be any happier with this mattress.
