So comfortable and good quality. The only thing I didn't like is you have to open it and wait 48-72 hours to actually sleep on it. The reason, it was packed so tight that it takes that long to ensure full expansion.
Our waterbed mattress sprang a leak and we were in desperate need to find a mattress.
My wife loved the waterbed beyond belief , thus finding replacement to meet her standards was not going to be easy . With the Covid-19 it made shopping limited . I decided to purchase this mattress on-line . Wow , it was delivered in 24 hours . Easy set up . I love it; firm yet no pressure points , I had a knee replacement few months ago and could not get in or out of the old waterbed . I love this new mattress I’m getting a great sleep . My wife is looking to get a topper as she finds it not quite as plush as she is accustom to. I’m looking at a topper from Sleep Story “ BedStory Mattress Topper 2.4 Inch, Ultra Plush Bed Topper with 100% Hypoallergenic Down Alternative” The price for these items are amazing .The quality of the mattress is amazing . I recommend it .
This mattress is firm without being intrusive, soft-ish without being enveloping; the reinforced springs around the edge of this hybrid mattress are supportive and form the perfect frame for a picture that would make Morpheus, the god of sleep, weep with pleasure. Expensive mattress topper not needed. This mattress is the best mattress I have ever slept upon, and I once paid for a clearance item that supposedly retailed for over two thousand dollars: given away in a surfeit of disgust at its cloying, sickly soft embrace.
But, this mattress... this mattress... has hit the sweet spot both figuratively and literally. It is increasingly rare to come across a product that is not over-hyped and under-produced. Welcome to the exception. I have a friend that will probably be purchasing this mattress after I could not shut up about extolling its virtues and superlative quality.
Do yourself, and your quality of life, a favour: get this mattress and get good night's sleep—I had no idea of the restorative powers of a good night's sleep, never really having one before Bedstory introduced me to the concept. You might think this review overly effusive and enthusiastic, but... it is much easier to be enthusiastic after a good night's sleep...
Best mattress I've ever owned in sixty years... Absolutely super
I actually wanted to leave a review, which is rare. But, with a product that is as reasonably priced and of such superlative quality—I had to. I have never slept well. Decades since I slept through the night. Some of that is physical, and some psychological, but for me sleep has been a most elusive quality... Until this Bedstory mattress. I was sure that it would be "okay", and that my expensive down mattress topper would make it better, but my expectations were minimal. I'm in the process of moving back to the city so the mattress was stuck on a friend's living room floor for several weeks; then, stuck outside on end, which can't have been good for it (I live in Edmonton, one of the northernmost cities on the globe, and this was December). I finally managed to unfurl it upon the simple Amazon Basics queen bedframe—another excellent deal—and it expanded immediately in all of its twelve inches of profound comfort though I did not realize that, yet. I made the bed, sat on the bed, laid on the bed and was impressed, but not overawed—that was to come after my first complete night's sleep in five decades.

Seems real good for side sleepers.
Arrived promptly the next day. Expanded quickly and no real odours. The first night was an adjustment with sleeping soundly but after that, it was no problem. Seems to relieve hip soreness. So far so good.
I received this memory foam mattress last week. It is wonderful. My original mattress is too firm and the memory firm makes it just right. I have arthritis and need the support. This mattress is perfect. Now my bed feels like a very top line bed.
My dog sleeps in the bed and he’s very happy as well.
I was really nervous buying this online for some reason. I’m really impressed with quality. I also love that I don’t have to adjust this at all, it stays in place, stays cool. I also like that I don’t completely sink into the memory foam. It forms to my body without being too soft.

I bought this because it mentions it's high density and gives a better support for back pain. It does not. It's extremely soft, definitively not good if what you need is a firm topper. Plus the customer service has been ghosting me and not providing any information about the return and refund process which the state it's 30 days.
My daughter really likes it. She said it is soft and comfortable. Would definitely buy again. The price was amazing, especially for a compact mattress
Like having a brand new bed
If you were hesitating on purchasing this product, do not, it made my uncomfortable mattress feel like a brand new bed. I have no body pain and it feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. This is well worth it and very good quality.
