The thickness is perfect for the head and neck. It comes tightly rolled in a box, but once taken out, it will expand to a comfortable size and can be used immediately. It looks durable, and I like that there is a removable cover. I wish I had known about this pillow long ago.
I have been looking for some decent Hotel style pillows for ages, and these fitted the bill from the description. When they arrived I wasn't disappointed. They are so comfy, don't lose their shape and spring right back to full plumpness. I suffer from a bad neck if I don't sleep right, so these have been a big help and I'm sleeping like a baby again.
Very comfortable pillows for a good night's sleep
Very comfortable pillows. I've bought these before and they really are very comfortable. They are soft, but substantial. Worth paying extra as they last ages and don't clump up during use.
I purchased this pillow after experiencing neck pain with my old gel pillow. I have used it a couple of nights and it’s been fantastic! Love it!

The pillow case coming with the pillow is soft and strechy. I washed ut along with mix-color cloth and it seems to be fine.I am glad i got it as a present for myself to get thru winter time.
This is one of the very few "contoured" pillows out there, each side is shaped, I have turned the pillow around and found the best side, cover is good quality. This same pillow would probably go for 3 or 4 times the amount in any sleep store, one of the best purchases I have made. For the price and for the comfort it brings myself, its priceless :)
These are the third set of bedstory pillows I've gotten, and I still use all of them! These ones tho are by far the most luxurious ones I have gotten so far, like sleeping on a cloud, a nice amount of softness yet still enough firmness to keep your neck and back happy
Good pillow
I did not receive the pillow case I had to purchase my own I got a pillow protector. This pillow has a very slippery side to it. Can make it uncomfortable if you are placing it on top of another pillow it will not stay on. Also it can be too slippery for your head on the pillow
