I prefer a medium-firm feel, which height is better?

The sort of firmness is 6inch>8inch>10inch=12inch. We rate 8-12 inches as medium firm as everyone has a different preference on the mattress. The 6-inch mattress is low profile and firm and especially suitable for children, teens, or single adults.

I think the mattress is too hard/too soft for me, what can I do?

The new mattress needs some time to adjust the softness, we suggest trying it for 5 days at least. If it is still not comfortable, welcome to ask BedStory for help. :)

How long should I air out the mattress?

The mattress is compressed in a box for shipment, usually it will take 2-5 days to fully expand. The exact time will influence by the temperature and humidity.

Will this come with a chemical smell?

New mattress may come with a slightly non-toxic new foam smell as it includes CertiPUR-US memory foam, it is normal and safe for your health. Please put it in a ventilated room to air out some days if you are sensitive to it, the smell will fade away soon.

Do this BedStory mattress contain latex or fiberglass? I am allergic to it.

This is great mattress for my kids

Ordered 2 of these mattresses for my kids as they got new beds. They were delivered way faster then we were expecting. they are nice and light, comfy and soft, and more
Affordable then all the local stores we checked out. these are perfect size for my toddlers. My son is 2 and transitioned from a toddler bed to twin size and he loves sleeping and relaxing in his new bed! My daughter used to come into our room in the middle of the night and now she finds her bed is more comfy and stays in it all night. We will be buying this is a queen size one to replace ours. Over all we are very happy with these and definitely recommend!

Firmer but still comfortable

This 6" mattress is a good choice for someone looking for a relatively firm mattress while still being comfortable. It is at a fair price and is of good quality. It is easily unpackaged and should be given a day or two to completely decompress. It fits well on our child's bunkbed where it is used without a boxspring and he hasn't said that it bothers him or anything negative about it. Both myself and wife have laid on it and find it to be a good mattress that gives a restful sleep.
