Can the queen mattress be put on a metal queen bed frame?

Yes of course! As long as the bed frame is standard queen size 60" x 80"

How long can this remain compressed in the box? I won't need it for 4 months.

We do not suggest you to put it away compressed for 4 month, although there are customers open and use the mattress after 6 month even 1 year, but the recovery speed will be very slower, so there will still be some impact on the rebound. In terms of the properties of spring, the spring will gradually lose its elasticity when the spring is pressed for a long time.

Got this for a twin bed bunk

So mylee who’s three now can sleep in a big girl bed. Got her a bunk bed that holds a twin. This mattress fits perfect so that there is still space for the railings and us to feel safe. It’s also great cause her top bunk where she sleeps has a slide to come down. The mattress is a good higher for that

Good but....

It is a good quality mattress but just too short. 6 inch height is just not enough to feel like your body is properly supported. It is firm enough but not comfortable enough. Perhaps this is good for a guest room?
