It’s very comfortable but I find it shifts on the mattress every other day I have to wrestle it back into place. Not easy

Made an uncomfortable bed comfortable
Guests in this AIRBNB complained about the bed. Nothing but positive reports since adding the gel mattress topper. It did have a bit of an odour and took two days to decompress from the packaging. All good now. Just give your self two days for the smell and decompression.
This has made a huge difference in how we sleep. We both suffer from hip and back pain and this topper has made a world of difference. It doesn't sink in like other memory foam toppers and gives the perfect amount of support.
Low odour and was gone within 24 hours. Perfect support for aching joints. While it is not uncomfortable in any way, the center fold is still not flat after 2 weeks. Just don’t like the look of the middle bulge. That said, I would buy it again.
Not too firm and not to soft, its just right. my old mattress is too firm and its giving me a back pain, been looking for the right one since Jan, very happy with this topper and love the strap feature can secured in place whole night!
Love this mattress!! It was packaged very carefully and delivered to my apartment. The bed is super comfortable!
